This space as whole is about 2400 sq ft as a whole! But only 800 sq ft of usage is currently available while we are building it out. The stage in the space 24 x 12 and it includes Mics , subs and speakers for complete sound. This space is available for all types of events but not just limited to music events and band rehearsals. We can live stream and multi-track from our stage.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
