Natural light studio with original large windows. Perfect for natural light or artificial light photography. 350 sq ft (12 ft wide and 29ft deep). Easily capture headshots, products, full-body images. Also great for auditions, recording podcasts, or a quiet space to work. Everything in the space can be moved and rearranged. Freight elevator can be used so long as owner or assistant are available. Tension bars for 86" or 107" backdrops. Savage paper available for a charge. Lighting stands available. There is a sitting area, mini fridge, and Nespresso station. Stools and chairs, plus small coach for seating. Mirror, table, lighting and make up chair for makeup station.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
