We maintain a high standard of cleanliness to ensure every guest arrives to a fresh, camera-ready space. After each booking, our home is professionally cleaned with a detailed checklist that includes: Full wipe-down and sanitization of high-touch surfaces Thorough cleaning of the kitchen, including counters, appliances, and sinks Freshly reset living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all floors Removal of any leftover items from previous shoots Re-styling of décor and furniture to ensure everything is photo-ready We kindly ask guests to leave the space in the same condition they found it. Excessive mess or unapproved use of materials may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
