Any type of photo shoot, with exception of Pet Portraits. Large open shooting space (about 700 sq ft), with lots of natural light and southern facing windows. Backdrops and studio lighting provided as needed. Sizable entry/waiting area with a children's play space, tv, chairs and love seat. Kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, coffee station and hair/makeup station. Stocked bathroom with sink, mirror, and toilet. Dressing room with privacy curtain. Would also work well as a space for HMUA serving clients for bridal prep, business meetings, networking events and co-working space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
