About The Blue Room
We offer the perfect space for you to do photo shoots that require that studio look you’re looking for, or that studio or podcast scene for your movie or tv show project. This space is available ONLY available for shooting purposes and NOT for rental to use for you to record, mix or master. The studio does offer those services with our engineer at a different price point should you require that. Rental of studio space through peer space is ONLY for photo, movie, and tv shoots. Water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available for purchase on site. There are also many local eateries nearby to order food for pickup or delivery, and two seven eleven convenience stores right around the corner.

Space is cleaned after each use but we do ask that you clean up after yourself as well.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
