Imperia Lake Union is a 6,000 square foot private event space overlooking Lake Union from the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle. Imperia features 10-foot brass chandeliers, copper ceilings, a built-in dance floor, gourmet menus, premium florals, incredible staff, and so much more. With a classic glamorous vibe, you’ll be transported into living history and a classic elegance when you host your event with us. Typical large-scale events hosted at Imperia include: employee appreciation, holiday parties, fundraisers and galas, donor appreciation, education series and lectures, milestone birthdays, theme parties, watch parties, awards dinners, celebrations of life, baby showers, bridal showers, weddings and re-commitments, and rehearsal dinners. Imperia can serve as a blank-slate venue or provide in-house services, ranging from coordination and party planning, catering, and bar service, to fresh florals, immersive decor, and vendor management for rentals and specialty foods.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
