This recording studio is best for those looking to record: - podcasts - interviews - demonstrations/tutorials - trainings The layout of the space includes: - a set up for podcasts( chairs and microphones) - open floor space to bring in any additional props or set dressings - a separate connected room that can be used as a green-room, storage, etc - a projector that doubles as a greenscreen * all in house equipment must be handled by the MxD production associate* this allows you a worry-free recording experience Unique features/amenities: - Canon xa60 4k recording camera - 8 overhead lights, 2 standing lights, and 2 ground lights - Wireless lavalier microphones and wired microphones - Greenscreen/projector - Onsite you will have access to: - restrooms - guest WiFi - cafe area - parking

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Every surface, such as; chairs, microphones, tables, and other high touch areas, are wiped down and disinfected after each booking, there is a cleaning staff the removes trash, maintains common areas, and vacuums the carpets areas.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
