Beautiful Backyard with Pool Available for gatherings, small events, and photo and video shoots. Additional Indoor spaces also available such as living room, Chefs Kitchen, and bathroom with antique tub can also be requested. The space is pur home so we do ask that private areas be respected. Pool can be heated for an additional fee.

All spaces used will be cleaned before arrival. Pool nets are available for use if the need for them arises. We just ask guests to leave the space relatively the same as how they found it. Bathroom will be sanitized between events.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
