Layout + how to use the space: Main production area: clean, comfy setup for video/podcasts and plenty of room for lighting + shooting. Photo zone: backdrops + lighting-ready space for portraits, product shots, and content. Editing room: a dedicated area to review footage, edit, or prep your next setup. Unique features + amenities: One of the standout perks is the editing room, plus a wide selection of production equipment available for use. You’ll also find complimentary snacks and beverages in the mini fridge, and a fully stocked dressing room with essentials like toiletries, an iron, steamer, clothing rack, lint roller, and more—so you can stay camera-ready.

Between each booking, we do a full reset: wipe down and disinfect high-touch areas (keypads, handles, tables, switches), tidy and sanitize the main production space, refresh the bathroom/dressing area, and restock essentials as needed so everything feels clean and ready when you arrive.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
