Our space is primarily a photo/video studio, but we clear the space out to make it available for events. The warehouse studio space is 1,100 sq ft, plus 1 bathroom, the space is a blank canvas, so you have complete freedom to decorate as you wish Some of the events that we have hosted in our space include: Photo Shoots Video Shoots Meetings Workshops Baby Shower Bridal Shower Birthday Parties Launch Events

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
