Standard Cleaning A standard cleaning fee is included for all bookings. This covers normal use of approved areas during a photoshoot or production. The space should be left generally as found: tidy, trash removed, furniture returned to original placement. What’s Considered “Normal Use” ✔ Light foot traffic ✔ Minimal equipment ✔ Small crews (within booked size) ✔ Content shoots, lifestyle shoots, light filming No additional cleaning fees apply if the space is returned in comparable condition. Additional Cleaning Fees (if applicable) An additional cleaning or reset fee will be charged if any of the following occur: Furniture moved and not returned Excessive trash or food mess Dirty dishes left behind Glitter, confetti, paint, makeup spills, or similar materials Muddy shoes or outdoor debris tracked indoors Unauthorized rooms accessed Additional fees are assessed post-booking and charged based on the level of cleaning required. Production / Film Shoots Film or commercial productions may require a refundable damage deposit Heavier crews, lighting rigs, or set dressing must be disclosed in advance Floors, walls, and surfaces must be protected if equipment poses risk Failure to disclose production scale may result in additional cleaning or damage fees. What’s Not Allowed (Cleaning-Related) 🚫 No glitter, confetti, smoke, fog machines, or open flames 🚫 No painting, sanding, or permanent alterations 🚫 No pets unless explicitly approved These are automatic extra cleaning or damage situations.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
