We take pride in keeping the backyard spotless and guest-ready for every booking. Before your arrival, the space is thoroughly cleaned and inspected, including: Sweeping and tidying the turf and patio areas Cleaning and checking the pool, spa, and fountain area Emptying trash bins and placing fresh liners Ensuring all furniture and surfaces are sanitized After your event, we ask guests to leave the space in the condition it was found, bag trash, and remove personal items. Any additional cleaning needed beyond normal use may incur a cleaning fee, which helps us maintain a safe, pristine environment for all guests. Our goal is to make your experience relaxing and worry-free, with a backyard that feels like your private oasis from start to finish.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
