Velvet Room is a versatile, intimate restaurant space ideal for private events, creative gatherings, and community based experiences. The space features a warm, welcoming atmosphere with an open layout that can be arranged for seated dinners, standing receptions, performances, workshops, or social events. This location works well for birthday celebrations, networking mixers, pop up events, poetry nights, open mics, listening sessions, panels, content creation, and private dinners. The flexible floor plan allows hosts to customize the space to fit their vision while maintaining a comfortable guest experience. Food and non alcoholic beverages are available for purchase through the venue. Guests are welcome to enjoy the curated menu during their booking. Outside food is permitted; however, kitchen access is not included. All outside food must arrive fully prepared and ready to serve. Cooking, reheating, or food preparation on site is not permitted. Velvet Room is also available for full venue buyouts. Full buyouts allow exclusive use of the space and expanded customization options. Guests interested in full buyouts may request additional details through Peerspace messaging. The space features an open dining and event area that can be configured for seated or standing events. Tables and chairs may be arranged to suit the event style, whether formal, casual, or creative. The kitchen and dining areas follow routine food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
