About the Space
Welcome to McIver Cozy Cottage Suite! This space is made up of the upstairs of the house made into a guest suite similar to what you'd find in a hotel that is great for couple getaways, but could also work well for personal retreats, brainstorming sessions, writing sessions, or small photo shoots. The morning and afternoon light that come in through the windows is cozy, warm, and inviting.
The space is incredibly quite, which could make it a great location for recording and filming podcasts or other types of social media content.
Inside you'll find a "living room" area with a futon, TV with amazon fire stick, desk, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. There is also a bedroom with a king sized bed and a bathroom.

Health and Safety Measures
A thorough cleaning is completed after every guest leaves the space that includes wiping down all surfaces, cleaning toilet, sink, shower, changing and washing linens, opening windows to circulate air, and changing out trash. Please contact for a full detailed list.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
