Unique features include two load‑in options — the front doors on 1st Ave S or the garage door off Utah Ave S behind the building — making vendor access and equipment drop‑off simple. You’re welcome to park two vehicles behind the garage door for the duration of your rental. The venue also offers basic AV, flexible lighting, a prep kitchen for catering teams, and a staff member on site at the start of your rental window to open the space and help you get settled.
