Before Every Booking The space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to each reservation, including: • Full surface wipe-down of all high-touch areas (tables, chairs, door handles, railings, switches) • Cleaning and sanitizing of outdoor furniture and seating areas • Pool area tidied and inspected • Fire pit area cleaned and reset • Trash and debris removed from all outdoor spaces After Every Booking Following each event or shoot, our cleaning team completes: • Complete trash removal and bin sanitization • Deep cleaning of all used areas • Inspection for damage or excessive wear • Reset of furniture to its original layout Kid-Friendly Standards Because we host kids’ events: • Surfaces are cleaned using household-grade, non-toxic cleaners where possible • Outdoor areas are checked for debris or hazards prior to each booking Pool & Outdoor Care • Pool is maintained regularly and professionally serviced • Surrounding areas are kept clean and slip-safe • Fire pit is inspected and cleaned between uses During Your Event • Guests are responsible for maintaining general tidiness during their booking • Excessive mess, spills, or trash beyond normal use may incur additional cleaning fees Our Promise We aim to provide a space that is: ✔ Clean ✔ Well-maintained ✔ Safe for families ✔ Ready for events and creative use If you have specific cleanliness concerns or needs, please message us before booking — we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
