With over 3,000 sq ft of flexible space, the studio can be used as-is for raw, cinematic looks or fully transformed to build custom sets from scratch. Ideal for: Music videos Documentaries Editorial photo shoots Interviews & long-form content Creative builds and experimental sets The open layout allows crews to move freely, control lighting, and design scenes without limitations. IMPORTANT NOTICE Best Times for Filming Dialogue To ensure clean audio recordings, please schedule dialogue scenes during the following hours: Weekdays Mon- Thu: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM or Overnight (after 10:00 PM) Weekends Fri- Sun: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM or Overnight (after 10:00 PM) Please note: There is a Rage/Break Room located below the studio. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
