Welcome to our natural light creative studio! Located in the heart of Winston Salem's Art District, this 770 sq ft space was designed for photographers, content creators, videographers, and brands of all kinds. Included with the base booking is a curated blend of modern furnishings, props, and fabrics for you to use and move around the space as you please. KEY HIGHLIGHTS: -12 ft ceilings -White walls & original hardwood flooring -Open floor plan -Seamless paper backdrops (check instagram for most recent color options) -Smaller vinyl backdrops for flatlays & product photography -Large, west facing windows (gorgeous, direct light in the afternoon - softer light in the morning) -C stands -Clothing rack with hangers -Rolling mirror -Adjustable AC & Heating -Seasonally rotating vintage & modern furniture, props, fabrics and backdrops -Private bathroom and vanity area -Coffee maker, snacks and refreshments available -A bluetooth speaker is available for playing music, but be mindful of noise levels. Each day we do a full clean and reset! High touched surfaces are disinfected, floors are cleaned and props are disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
