All high-touch surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas are thoroughly cleaned prior to guest arrival, and the property is inspected to confirm it is event-ready. For events and gatherings, guests are expected to leave the space in generally the same condition as received. Basic tidying—such as removing personal items, bagging trash, and returning furniture to its original placement—is required at the end of the booking. Additional cleaning beyond standard use may result in an added cleaning fee. Outdoor areas, including lawns, courtyards, and farm spaces, are maintained regularly; however, as this is a working farm and rural property, guests should expect natural elements consistent with an outdoor setting. For larger events, productions, or catered gatherings, enhanced cleaning or post-event deep cleaning may be required and can be arranged in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
