This is a 13x12 ft private photo/video studio designed for clean, minimal setups. The space features a seamless white backdrop that is interchangeable with floor sweep, and basic studio lighting suitable for portraits, headshots, interviews, podcast visuals, and simple content creation. The studio is best suited for solo creators or very small teams. Due to the room size, it works well for: Headshots & portraits Talking-head videos Interviews (1–2 people) Podcast clips Simple product or branding content Lighting & Equipment: Softbox lighting included (as shown) Limited room for additional stands or large modifiers No ceiling rigging or overhead grid Power outlets available Important Notes / Limitations: Located on the second floor No elevator access (stairs only) Not suitable for large crews, full sets, or wide group shots Best for lightweight gear and compact setups This studio is ideal for creators who want a controlled, distraction-free environment for simple, professional content without the cost or scale of a large production studio.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning & Reset Policy: Guests are expected to leave the studio in the same condition it was found. All furniture, lighting, and equipment must be returned to their original positions. Any trash, bottles, or personal items must be removed from the studio at the end of the booking. Backdrop & Floors: Please keep the seamless backdrop clean and free of scuffs, stains, or damage. Shoes should be clean when stepping on the backdrop. Damage or excessive soiling of the backdrop may result in a replacement fee. General Expectations: Do not leave tape, marks, residue, or debris on walls, floors, or furniture. Do not use glitter, confetti, smoke, fog, liquids, or messy materials unless approved. Wipe up any spills immediately. Failure to Clean: If the studio requires extra cleaning or resetting, an additional cleaning fee may be charged through PeerSpace. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional charges or future booking restrictions.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
