Great photo shoot spot.! The setup includes four different backdrops, two of them with photo rolls, as well a big optical green for your creative projects, this Is a well ventilated space. It has windows, but not enough for natural light. We provide many lights for photography purposes. Including: three Godox speed light with a Universal trigger for Sony, Nikon, Canon users. Ideal for photo shoots, video shoots, podcast recording, content creation, headshots, portraits, glamour and even boudoir. Equipment included: One Godox continuous light with snoot and five awesome thematic-shaped figures. Two smug silicon diffusers as well as four gels, two barn door projectors and grids. This is what true creatives enjoy the most. The space has a closet/locker for clothes. An ample bathroom/dresser is also within the same space. A full body vertical mirror and another mid-sized are also available, as well as many items for posing like one posing box, one wooden pedestal, one cozy upholstered bench, one high stool and another short-legged one. A utility table for your camera, lenses or laptop. And if you are one of the ones enjoying tethering, there is a 20 inch monitor and 8 ft tethering cables, which may bring many surprising moments to your model and clients. You know photography is a world of possibilities, your creativity is the limit, and this space would help you to get them creatively.

I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!

Sanitization is done by host or someone who has been hired. Surfaces and floors are cleaned and well maintained. Bathroom is cleaned before and after the renting service. Paper roll towels and touch less soap provider are in bathroom. Shoe covers would also be provided to avoid street-shoes entering the place.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
