About the Space This modern, design-forward home is a production-ready location designed primarily for photo and video shoots, editorial work, brand content, and interviews—while also serving as a beautiful setting for small, wellness-forward gatherings of up to 15 people. The space was intentionally curated to feel calm, grounded, and visually clean. Natural materials, soft tones, and consistent daylight create an environment that supports both focused creative work and intimate, intentional experiences. Utility and storage spaces are excluded. Neighborhood & Setting Set within a quiet residential neighborhood, the space offers a private, retreat-like atmosphere with minimal ambient noise—ideal for both production and wellness-oriented gatherings. Logistics Maximum capacity: 15 people total, including crew, talent, and attendees Easy load-in and load-out Street parking available nearby All production details and event intentions must be disclosed at booking Wellness gatherings, workshops, and small events are welcome when they align with the calm, intentional nature of the space.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is professionally cleaned and reset prior to every booking. We follow a detailed turnover process that includes: Full surface sanitization of all high-touch areas Deep cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, and common spaces Freshly laundered towels and linens (if applicable to your booking) Pool and spa checked and balanced prior to arrival Floors vacuumed and mopped Trash fully removed and bins reset Furniture and styling elements are returned to their original placement to ensure consistency from booking to booking. For productions or gatherings using the pool, sauna, or outdoor areas, additional checks are performed prior to arrival to ensure everything is clean, safe, and ready for use. If your booking requires special setup, additional sanitation needs, or specific staging requests, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
