Please help us maintain the space by following these steps at the end of your rental: Return all props, chairs, and equipment to their original locations Roll up and secure any backdrop paper used - do not cut backdrop paper Replace backdrop paper if damaged Fold and store V-flats properly Wipe down any surfaces you used Sweep floors if needed to remove debris Remove all personal belongings and trash Turn off all lights and equipment Ensure doors are secured before leaving The studio should look exactly as it did when you arrived. Any damages or issues should be reported immediately to the host.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
