We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a professional and comfortable experience for every guest. • The space is cleaned and disinfected before each booking. • High-touch surfaces (tables, door handles, restroom fixtures, light switches, AV equipment) are sanitized thoroughly. • Restrooms are stocked, wiped down, and inspected prior to arrival. • Floors are swept and mopped between bookings. • Trash is removed and liners replaced after every session. • Kitchenette surfaces, sink, and appliances are disinfected. We maintain a consistent turnover checklist to ensure the space is presentation-ready for corporate meetings, workshops, and private events.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
