Our 24/7 professional studio is perfect for video shoots, podcasts, interviews, and photo sessions. The lobby features a convenient editing station, while the main production floor includes a seamless infinity wall with RGB overhead lights included in your rental. A private changing room and nearby restrooms within the plaza add convenience for all guests. The studio also offers a private workspace, ideal for meetings, remote work, or quiet creative sessions. This area is available for rental independently of production activities, providing a professional and comfortable environment for focused work. For your convenience, secure, well-lit plaza parking with direct access is available, and surveillance cameras in the lobby and production area ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. Additional production equipment, including B-cameras and extra lighting, is available for rent to enhance your shoot. Clean, versatile, and fully equipped, the space is designed to support a seamless, professional experience from start to finish.

Our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every booking. All surfaces, including production areas, editing stations, and common touchpoints, are wiped down to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. This helps maintain a professional, comfortable, and ready-to-use space for every guest.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
