Studio 1/2 with 1131 square footage, Lobby, and Outside Building. Perfect for Parties, Classes, Workshops, Appointments and more. Large studio room with high ceilings, A/C, air filters, floating or "sprung" flooring with marley for safety, stereo with auxiliary & bluetooth capabilities and large mirrors. DSOD will NOT automatically provide you with any tables, chairs, or lobby furniture, unless you have specified your need for those specific items at the time of booking. The rental fee includes the use of one dance room, lobby, restrooms and vending machines.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
