Health and Safety Measures
Your health and comfort are our priority. The Bayside Estate is professionally cleaned and prepared before every booking. Our cleaning protocol includes: • Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all high touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, countertops, tables, chairs, and restroom fixtures • Full cleaning and disinfecting of kitchens and bathrooms • Vacuuming and mopping of all floors • Inspection and reset of all furniture and staging areas • Restocking of restroom and basic amenities Between bookings, the property is inspected to ensure it is event and production ready. Additional cleaning time may be scheduled between larger productions or events as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
