Our unique studio art loft in located in a central part of the greater Los Angeles. We are 7 miles from Downtown Los Angeles and 12 miles from Hollywood Studios. The space comes with a kitchen with essentials and and full bathroom. Our space is perfect for individuals looking for a private space to work alone or with groups. Perfect for writing or creating opportunities with a large work desk that converts into a murphy bed. Plenty of natural light for film or photoshoot. You can also close the skylights and dark out curtains if you want a more controlled environment. Has a giant white wall for photography opportunities and/or self-tapes. The studio is also pretty quiet in our peaceful neighborhood.
