The Urban Plant Shop Event Space is a woman-owned business perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, and off-site meetings. Located in the ground level of a multi story building in DC's Navy Yard neighborhood, the space is surrounded by a mix of restaurants and cafes, and is located immediately adjacent to the Washington Nationals Baseball Stadium. The Urban Plant Shop is incredibly bright, spacious, with beautifully high ceilings. It operates as plant shop from 12-7 that is open to the public. There is a dedicated event space within the shop that has one large table that can comfortably seat 12-15 people. If you are booking within our normal operating hours (12-7pm Monday, Wednesday-Sunday, closed Tuesday) the rate is $75 per hour. If you would like to book outside of that time period (between 10am-noon, between 7pm-9pm, on Tuesday) there is an additional cost. Please message us directly with questions. There is street parking, a parking lot directly next to the building, as well as a parking garage in the building. All of that parking is paid. DC street parking is unmonitored on Sunday. There is also a metro stop within one block of the event space - Navy Yard Ballpark Station Green and Yellow lines.

There are standard cleaning practices implemented by staff to maintain the retail and restroom space. Peer Space customers have access to the restroom; however retail customers do not have access to the restroom in order to limit potential for cleanliness issues.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
