Discounted weekday rates may be available for nonprofits, with tiered pricing based on guest count and booking duration. Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest walks into a fresh, welcoming, and safe space. After each booking, all tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, restroom fixtures, counters) are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Floors are swept and mopped regularly, and trash is removed after every event. The restroom is cleaned and restocked before each rental. We also allow time between bookings for proper ventilation and reset of the space. Our goal is to provide a spotless, organized studio so you can focus fully on your event. If you have specific cleaning requests, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
