The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between each booking to ensure a fresh, welcoming, and professional environment. All high-touch surfaces including door handles, light switches, countertops, tables, bathroom fixtures, and seating areas are cleaned and disinfected. Floors are swept and mopped, and the bathroom is fully sanitized. Linens, soft surfaces, and frequently used items are refreshed regularly to maintain cleanliness and comfort. Trash is removed, and the space is inspected to ensure it is fully prepared for the next guest. Extra cleaning supplies are available on-site if needed during longer bookings. Maintaining a clean, safe, and high-quality space for guests is a top priority.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
