Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our basic cleaning service at TAE Travel & Event Space ensures the venue is refreshed and ready for the next guest. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down tables and chairs, cleaning and sanitizing , disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and removing trash left in designated bins. We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for every event. Please note that guests are responsible for removing all personal items, decorations, and excess trash at the conclusion of their event to avoid additional cleaning fees.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
