    Prima Spaces’ Event Space is ideal for corporate workshops, trainings, team off-sites, client presentations, networking events, panel talks, content creation, and polished private gatherings that need a clean, professional setting. The layout features a flexible main open area that can be configured theatre-style, classroom-style, boardroom-style, U-shape, or cocktail-style, with a dedicated presentation zone for speakers and slides, plus natural areas for check-in, light catering setup, coffee breaks, and optional breakout group work depending on the arrangement. The space stands out for its modern, premium, minimalist aesthetic that photographs well, comfortable furnishings, and a straightforward setup that lets you host an elevated event without the typical “banquet hall” feel. This listing only includes the main open area and the kitchenette. Guests will not have access to any adjacent room showcased in the photos, this listing is for the main open area only.

    Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

    We keep the Event Space professionally maintained and reset between bookings. Before your booking, the space is inspected and refreshed—tables and high-touch surfaces are wiped down, floors are cleaned as needed, and the room is set to a neat, ready-to-use standard. After your booking, our team completes a post-event reset to prepare for the next guests. During your event, we ask that you manage basic tidiness as you go (dispose of garbage, wipe up spills right away, and keep food/drinks contained to your setup area) so the space stays clean and comfortable throughout your booking.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
