About Lakeside Studios
2 large rooms with high ceilings perfect for photo, video and content creation projects. The front room features a mid-century style grey tufted couch and a modern desk for office scenes. It has large north facing windows. The larger back room has a modern console table, an antique bed under crystal chandeliers and many seating options for both children and adults. The back window has a beautiful view of Lake Conroe and receives direct sun, morning - early afternoon. We offer a small selection of maternity wear and newborn accessories for baby photography. We feature 2 rotating seasonal sets as well as blank spaces to bring your own vision to life. The studio is stocked with many backdrops and props for you to create with. Our private waterfront on Lake Conroe is also included with every rental.

We clean after each guest. Surfaces are wiped. Floors are swept and mopped at the end of the day. All clothing and fabrics are cleaned after each use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
