I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! Floor Care & Preservation • Parquet Protection: Our 1920s parquet and hardwood floors are vacuumed with soft-surface attachments and microfiber-mopped. • The "Shoes-Off" Guarantee: To maintain this standard, the home is a footwear-free zone. We provide a freshly stocked "Shoe Station" at the entrance with sterilized indoor slippers and disposable booties for your entire crew. 3. Production & Talent Prep Areas • Restroom Sanitization: All four upstairs ensuite bathrooms undergo a full deep-clean. We polish the brass fixtures and treat mirrors with anti-fog/anti-streak solutions so they are ready for hair and makeup setups. • Fresh Linens: We provide single-use, high-quality white hand towels and premium organic hand soaps in all five bathrooms. 4. Air Quality & Lighting • Luminous Clarity: We hand-dust all designer light fixtures and recessed "can" lighting. This ensures your DP (Director of Photography) has maximum light output and no visible dust motes in frame. • Ventilation: The home is aired out between bookings, and we utilize high-efficiency air filters to maintain a neutral, fresh scent without the use of heavy artificial perfumes.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
