Studio at 39 was part of the groundskeeper 's lodge of the area's grand mansion. It comprises of 2 studio spaces within the grounds of a private residence in South Croydon, just a short tram journey away from Central Croydon. The property is at the edge of the Bramley Bank Nature Reserve; so we are surrounded by trees, birds and nature. Studio 2 measures approx 4x4m, has seating and tables for 8 people and can be used for small creative workshops.
