To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for every guest, Homeland Loft is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking. • The entire space is professionally cleaned, including floors, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, and high-touch areas • All tables, chairs, and shared equipment are disinfected • Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the space • Trash is removed and all bins are lined with fresh bags • Deep cleaning is scheduled regularly, especially after large events If your event requires extra cleaning (e.g. catering, late-night use, or high guest volume), an additional cleaning fee may apply — we’ll always confirm that in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
