Our venue is a 2-Story, 5000+ square feet building plus an outside Courtyard with a stage. Each space rents separately and is also available in combo packages. THIS posting, however, is for a full venue rental option, which includes access to the below areas/features, including 2 restrooms. The Full Facility offers flexible configuration of each area, which can accommodate various different "production sets" including: a lounge, bar, receptions, weddings, interviews, casting calls, vodcasts/podcasts, an office, production studio, etc. Available are wifi, banquet tables, linen, lounge furniture, tvs, a 75 inch screen/tv/monitor, a 65 inch screen/tv/monitor, multiple tvs, a dressing room, and additional lounge seating. (Additional fees may apply.) The upstairs Production Studio set is ~400 sq ft. The Production Studio has the following available: monitors, desks/tables, chairs, additional seating, wifi, etc., and can also be used as an Office Space. Additional equipment available such as cameras, tripods, mics, lighting, green screen, breaking news banner, printer, etc. (Additional charges may apply.) The upstairs Banquet/Reception set is ~2400 square feet and has banquet tables and chairs. Items can be removed/reconfigured for your specific use of the space. Also available are high boy tables, cocktail tables, linen and table décor. (Additional charges may apply.) The downstairs Wine Bar/Lounge set is 1700 square feet and includes tables, chairs, lounge furniture, and a bar. The Outside Courtyard area includes a stage and outdoor seating/furniture. Also available are fireplaces, fans, tents, etc. (Additional fees may apply.) Free on-street parking available. Inquire for multi-day buyout discounts, or add-ons such as catering, DJ, etc.. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
