Freight elevator access limited to weekdays 8-5. Grip equipment and props included with rental. Grip equipment includes studio stand, C stands, clamps, apple boxes, sandbags, light stands, tripods, and modifiers. Any continuous lights or strobes will be available for an additional fee. Studio contains 2 kitchen spaces. One is designed for shooting content. Very open with large island allowing lights to be positioned as needed. Backup kitchen area for food stylists prepping additional items behind the scenes also contains large sink for washing dishes throughout shoot. Each kitchen space has its own cooktop and full-size fridge. Only main kitchen studio has oven available. Additional prop room includes a variety of surfaces and tabletop props ideal for anyone shooting food content. Cookware and kitchen appliances available as well. Speed rack with lots of sheet pans on set ready to be used for organization of food items. Access to props and cookware is included with studio rental. Makeup table and rolling clothing rack for any shoots with talent. Full bathroom with shower available within studio if needed for crew or talent. Studio can be used for other types of shoots such as headshots, fashion, or products. Inflatable queen size bed with bed frame available for boudoir shoots as well.
