High ceilings, large windows, original hardwood floors, carved wood partitions, and wide interior openings give the space natural light and visual depth for photography and film. Interconnected living areas, gallery walls, bedrooms, a kitchen with a curved bar, and a working artist’s studio offer distinct settings within one location. The loft is well suited to editorial and fashion shoots, interviews, documentaries, and other creative productions. This is a lived-in New York artist’s loft, with original surfaces, natural wear, and the patina of an older building. The space is cleaned and prepared for bookings while retaining the texture and imperfections that give it character. Please discuss any furniture changes or artwork removal before booking. Permission to feature identifiable artwork on screen is separate from the space rental. A $150 cleaning and preparation fee applies to each booking. Requests made less than 48 hours before the start time may require a $225 total cleaning and preparation fee. I’ll confirm any adjustment in a custom offer before the booking is finalized. Location Scouting: In-person location scouts are available by appointment for prospective productions.
