Private Skatepark
About the Space
This is our private home which was built in 2012. The backyard all concrete skatepark was complete in 2021 by experienced dudes from TeamPain. It was a collaborative design by us and them to make something that would never get old to skate. It has metal and pool coping, rainbow rail, love seat, and double sided curb. There is outdoor lighting for the entire park. Rental would also include use of the backyard patio, trampoline, pool, fire pit, dining and lounge seating, and the down stairs kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

This is mostly an outdoor space but it is kept neat and tidy. The kitchen, bathroom, and common areas of the home are cleaned and disinfected prior to any group arriving
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
