It features a tall single-door refrigerator with plenty of space for food storage. The kitchen also has ample counter space for food set up and a microwave for your convenience. A sink is available for light washing and prep. The entrance pathway gently leads to a separate, beautifully crafted stone walkway that opens into a wide and welcoming space. The main house front grounds are thoughtfully landscaped with lush green grass, blooming roses, vibrant flowers, and charming stone accents that guide you toward the backyard event area. Note: before entering the backyard, there is a generously sized section designed specifically for catering setup. (approx. 450 sq feet) This spacious area provides more than enough room for food preparation tables and service needs, while remaining completely separate from the guest gathering space, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted event experience. Ideal for baby, bridal showers, birthday parties and or any small to mid-size celebrations/events.
