This venue captures the essence of a Mediterranean garden. Our outdoor kitchen will be available for the backyard event. It features a tall single-door refrigerator with plenty of space for food storage. The kitchen also has ample counter space for food set up and a microwave for your convenience. A sink is available for light washing and prep. The entrance pathway gently leads to a separate, beautifully crafted stone walkway that opens into a wide and welcoming space. The main house front grounds are thoughtfully landscaped with lush green grass, blooming roses, vibrant flowers, and charming stone accents that guide you toward the backyard event area. Note: before entering the backyard, there is a generously sized section designed specifically for catering setup. (approx. 450 sq feet) This spacious area provides more than enough room for food preparation tables and service needs, while remaining completely separate from the guest gathering space, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted event experience. Ideal for baby, bridal showers, birthday parties and or any small to mid-size celebrations/events.

All trash to be in large trash bags and placed in the bins. Recycling items to be bagged and placed in the Blue Bin. Boxes should be broken down and stacked near trash bins. Decorations should be carefully removed and placed in trash bins neatly. Oversized boxed cannot be kept in the property. Guests are responsible for food/drink spills (scoop them up/wipe them up), placing all trash in provided bins, returning furniture/Linnen to be returned to original location, and leaving the place looking as it was upon arrival. Additional cleaning fee will be charged for certain types of glue, wax or heavy stain removal etc..
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
