At Creators + Closers, we maintain a high standard of cleanliness to ensure every guest experiences a professional, comfortable, and well-prepared environment. Before Each Booking • All tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected • Restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and restocked • Floors are vacuumed and/or mopped • Trash is removed and liners replaced • Equipment and presentation areas are wiped down After Each Booking • Full reset of furniture to original layout • Deep wipe-down of all surfaces • Sanitization of shared equipment • Trash removal and proper disposal • Inspection for any damage or maintenance needs We schedule buffer time between bookings whenever possible to allow for proper turnover and preparation.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
