About the Space This private mid-century pool and backyard in Highland Park is available for small photo shoots, video shoots, interviews, and brand content productions. The space features a classic mid-century style pool with strong natural sunlight throughout the day thanks to southern and western exposure. The yard receives direct sun for most daylight hours, making it ideal for editorial photography, fashion shoots, brand campaigns, interviews, and social media content. Included with the rental is access to a detached back house (approximately 250 sq ft) that functions as a staging and changing area. The back house includes air conditioning, a table workspace, and a private bathroom with an indoor shower. An outdoor shower is also available. This listing is designed specifically for small professional crews, and we maintain a strict set of rules to ensure the property remains a reliable shoot location. Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and reset between bookings. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, bathroom fixtures, and staging areas are wiped down and disinfected. The pool area and back house are inspected and tidied prior to each booking to ensure the space is ready for use. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition it was found. If the space is left excessively dirty or requires additional cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
