Located in the cellar of our historic Manhattan townhouse, the Hidden Speakeasy Lounge is a moody, cinematic space ideal for film, television, photography, interviews, and content shoots.
This intimate lounge features dark walls, velvet curtains, and a vintage speakeasy aesthetic that photographs beautifully on camera. The space works well as a secondary set, interview backdrop, cocktail scene location, green room, or talent holding area.
Just steps below the main production floor, the lounge allows productions to easily move between spaces while keeping crew, talent, or equipment separate from the primary shooting area.

The Party Room serves as the primary production area within the townhouse. This 40’ x 12’ open shooting space provides a flexible layout that can accommodate a variety of production setups including interviews, product shoots, lifestyle scenes, branded content, and small film crews.
The clean rectangular layout allows for efficient camera placement, lighting setups, and crew movement. The space can be styled or staged depending on the needs of the production.
Adjacent to the room is a kitchenette that can be used for craft services, prop prep, or light production support, along with a private bathroom for cast and crew.
