The space is professionally cleaned and prepared before every booking to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment for your meeting or retreat. Our Cleaning Standards • All high-touch surfaces such as tables, door handles, light switches, and countertops are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. • Meeting areas, seating spaces, and bathrooms are fully cleaned and refreshed between guests. • Floors are vacuumed and mopped to maintain a clean and polished space. • Trash is removed and fresh liners are placed in bins. • The kitchen and common areas are wiped down and prepared for guest use. After Your Event We handle the deep cleaning so you can focus on your meeting. We simply ask guests to dispose of trash, wipe up major spills, and return furniture to its original position before leaving. Our goal is to ensure every group that walks into La Hacienda experiences a space that is clean, comfortable, and ready to inspire productive conversations.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
