Our multi-use industrial loft warehouse is currently shared by two small businesses and a photographer/musician. We open the space for pop-ups, gallery exhibitions, content production, workshops, and intimate gatherings. The space has an industrial loft feel with high ceilings, open layout, and easy load-in access. This space works especially well for photo shoots, video productions with small film crews, content production, art installations, retail pop-ups, interviews, and creative events. Load-in access is available through the lift gate. NEIGHBORHOOD Located in North Central Pasadena near the Rose Bowl, the space is easily accessible from from Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Altadena, Glendale, and Northeast Los Angeles, with convenient parking and quick freeway access. The area offers convenient parking and is close to cafes, restaurants, and local creative businesses.

We take pride in keeping the space clean and ready for each booking. We strive to maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all guests and appreciate your help in keeping the space tidy. The space is cleaned and reset between bookings, including common surfaces, floors, and restroom areas. Guests serving food or beverages are responsible for cleaning any food preparation areas and removing leftover items. Guests are asked to: > Remove all personal items, equipment, and decorations at the end of the booking > Dispose of trash in the provided bins > Return any moved furniture or equipment to its original location > Please include setup and cleanup time within your booking window. If the space is left excessively dirty or requires extra cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
