The space is professionally cleaned on a regular weekly basis, and a professional clean is arranged after every booking to ensure the space is always presented to a high standard. We ask that guests take care of basic tidying before they leave: Return any furniture that has been moved to its original position Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided Leave the kitchen as you found it if catering has been brought in Ensure the garden is clear of any equipment, props, or waste The deep clean following your booking is fully handled by us — you don't need to arrange anything.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
