Professional Turnover: The studio is professionally cleaned after every booking to ensure it is move-in ready for the next production. Waste Management: While we provide professional cleaning, guests are expected to place all rubbish in the provided bins at the end of their session. Resetting the Space: We ask that the "blank canvas" is respected; all equipment and furniture should be returned to their original positions before the hire period ends. Spills & Hazards: To protect the raw industrial textures and custom sound system, any significant spills or hazards must be reported to the Studio Manager immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
