Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

1. High-Touch Disinfection: All high-touch surfaces are disinfected between every booking using EPA-approved, food-safe cleaners that are effective yet non-toxic. Hand soap and paper towels are always fully restocked at the sink. 2. Surface & Countertop Care: Given the custom materials, we use specific protocols to protect the finishes. Wiped down with pH-neutral cleaners to ensure no residue or "sticky" feeling for equipment or food prep. Backsplashes degreased to ensure a spotless, matte finish for photography and video. All stainless steel and glass surfaces (oven doors, microwave, windows) are polished to be streak-free for high-definition filming. 3. Appliance & Interior Sanitation: Emptied of all previous guest items and wiped down with a plant-powered, odor-neutralizing cleaner. Microwave/Oven: Debris-free and sanitized inside and out. Dishwasher: Filter cleared and interior refreshed to ensure provided glassware is "camera-ready." 4. Floor & Air Quality: Floors are vacuumed and mopped with a degreasing agent, paying special attention to grout lines and corners. We prioritize a "Neutral Scent" policy. We avoid heavy artificial fragrances, opting instead for natural ventilation and HEPA air filtration to ensure the space feels fresh and grounded. Trash Removal: All bins are emptied, disinfected, and relined with fresh bags.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
